Francesca Gavin is a consultant, writer, editor and curator based in London.

She is currently Editor-in-Chief and co-founder of EPOCH, a publication and platform looking at the now in dialogue with history; Founder of Creative Consultancy ArtPresentFuture; Director of Visual Arts for Murmur, working at intersection of art and climate awareness; Host of monthly radio show Rough Version on NTS Radio which looks the relationship between contemporary art and music and Art Editor at Twin since its itsception.

Gavin is the author of 11 books on visual culture including Final Copy, Rough Version, Watch This Space, 100 New Artists and Hell Bound: New Gothic Art; Former Artistic Director of viennacontemporary, Vienna’s leading international art fair; Co-curator the Manifesta11 biennial in Zurich and curator of international exhibitions internationally including The Art of Mushrooms (Fundação de Serralves, Porto), Mushrooms (Somerset House, London), The Dark Cube (Palais de Tokyo, Paris), and The New Psychedelia (Mu, Eindhoven). She is on the Advisory Board for the Centre for Fashion Curation.
